Sky İnk — support

Sky İnk turns a route into a short film: pick your stops, the film makes itself, and you save it or share it. If something does not work, or you want something it does not do yet, write to hello@skyink.co — a person reads it, usually within a day.

The things people ask

How do I make a film? Pick a departure and a destination, and it plays. + adds a stop in between or a further destination, up to eight. A route may come back to where it has been — Doha, Istanbul, Doha is a return trip.
Why does it ask me to sign in? Only for the things that have to be kept: exporting a film, saving a look, starring a stop. Everything else — building a route, playing the film, restyling it — works signed out. Sign-in is your Apple ID or your Google account; there is no password to forget.
Where does the film go? In the app it is rendered on your phone and saved to Photos; nothing is uploaded. On the site it is rendered on our server and kept for about a week behind an unguessable link, then deleted.
Can I delete my account? Yes, from Account → Delete account, in the app and on the site. It takes the films, routes, looks and stops with it.
The film would not render. Tell us the route and roughly when — the codes are enough (IST-LHR) — and we can look the job up.
